Class Cards Black Horse Forge is funded in part by your generous donations, however blacksmithing is expensive. To ensure we meet our financial obligations, we supplement donations with paid classes. All proceeds from our paid classes go directly back into funding our mission.

Open Forge – Every Wednesday

Open Forge is a place for Veterans, Active Duty and First Responders and Law Enforcement to come work on projects, learn new techniques, or just come to hang out! No experience necessary.

EDC Knife Class – March 14-15, 2026

Make your own everyday carry knife in this hands-on class at Black Horse Forge. In this two day course, you’ll shape, grind, and finish a practical blade, learning safe techniques step by step alongside fellow veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and law enforcement.
